The TH350 is one of GM's most popular models, being considered one of the best automatic transmissions ever produced. A three-speed automatic shift, the model was launched in 1969 as a successor to the Powerglide. A joint effort between Chevrolet and Buick, the transmission is known for being strong while also managing to stay compact and versatile. This model could be found in nearly all GM rear wheel drive cars and trucks until the debut of the 700R4 in 1982.
